Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team at A Class Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our services to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Promote our services to existing clients through targeted sales campaigns and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking with potential clients and partners.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our services and deliver presentations to showcase our capabilities.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Use sales forecasting software to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct sales transactions through online platforms and provide ongoing support to clients after sale or contract signing.
  • Train clients' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment and resolve product and service-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to equipment and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial machinery and equipment sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with presentation software, database management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment.
