Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with a focus on AI technology and industrial markets.
The Role:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our AI technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of industrial markets, including oil & gas, mining, and heavy equipment monitoring.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
