About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, determining client needs, and presenting solutions to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Responsible for following market conditions and recognizing trends to inform sales strategies.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and offer value-added solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Proposals teams to develop solutions for clients and prepare accurate quotes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge to drive sales growth.
Working Conditions
- Office environment with a flexible work schedule, potentially requiring work on evenings and weekends.
- Regular travel to various site locations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales and/or business development with a proven track record.
- Previous sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in general Oil & Gas services, or workforce accommodations.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel.
