About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Building Automation Sales Representative to drive sales growth in our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the building automation sector, including commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather client requirements to propose tailored building automation solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of building automation systems, energy management, HVAC, lighting controls, and related technologies.
