About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at RK Pizza Inc. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in culinary arts and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers and the company.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Staff Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and company policies.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands

Physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
