We are seeking an Automotive Appointment Coordinator Specialist to join our team at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. This is a Full-Time position that offers unlimited possibilities for growth and development.
This role will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding appointment cycles, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will also be expected to review unconfirmed appointments, contact customers to confirm appointments, and notify them of outstanding recalls or campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer relations, strong organizational and people skills, and knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories. You should also have good computer skills and the ability to maintain records using a computerized appointment system.
This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
