Job Description

HANJRA HAULERS INC. is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of organizational skills to meet business objectives.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high level of organization.
