Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Ace Canada Construction Inc. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including establishing and implementing policies and procedures, training other workers, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Train and develop other workers to improve their skills and knowledge
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure effective communication
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy
- Perform data entry to support business operations
- Provide customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 32 to 40 hours of work per week
