At Dx Inc, we're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies, and overseeing the preparation of reports. This role will also involve scheduling appointments, compiling data, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Provide customer service

This is a permanent, 35-hour-per-week position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a college or CEGEP diploma.
