Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Management Coordinator to join our team at Le Petit Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for administering revenues and expenditures, preparing and managing budgets, and developing financial procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Administer revenues and expenditures
  • Prepare, present and manage budgets
  • Develop financial procedures
  • Determine requirements for hospitality services, signage, multi-media equipment, printing and other technical services, and arrange for and manage contracts for these services
  • Assist in site selection and attend to related details
  • Co-ordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in event planning or management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
