We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jimmy the Greek. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management
Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
Operations ManagementEvaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
Customer ServiceEnsure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
Health and SafetyEnsure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Marketing and PromotionParticipate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
ExperienceWill train, but previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Schedule30 hours per week.
