About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jimmy the Greek. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.

Operations Management

Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.

Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.

Health and Safety

Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Will train, but previous experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week.
