Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available for use.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
