About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jimmy the Greek. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
