We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Wind Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and optimize ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives, develop promotional plans, and collaborate with suppliers to drive sales growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and promote a culture of safety among staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
