Red Bull is seeking a seasoned Distribution Partner Manager to drive strategic growth and success in the Canadian market.

About the Role

As a key representative of the Red Bull brand, you will be responsible for leading the distribution partner team to achieve exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, executing trade marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with distributors and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through effective execution of trade marketing strategies and promotional programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry, preferably in beverages.
  • Distributor and supplier experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and trade marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.
  • Driver's license required.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation time.
