About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at CAE Inc. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for labor relations and talent management for a manufacturing employee group of 500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labor Relations: You will oversee the delivery of HR services, including labor relations management, talent management, engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management and change management.
  • Talent Management: You will participate in the implementation of action plans, programs and HR projects to support the strategic objectives of the material engineering, global purchasing, operational excellence and global health and safety groups.
  • Business Partnership: You will act as a human resources manager for employees, supervisors and department heads of the groups served, providing guidance on HR programs, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong background in labor relations and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Mastery of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
