Sales and Distribution Manager

The Sales and Distribution Manager is a critical role responsible for driving Red Bull's distribution initiatives and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in the market. This position requires effective communication, strategic prioritization, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Execution Excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions, outperforming competition in the market.
- Create relevant incentive programs to boost sales performance and engage distributors.
- Leverage data from distribution reporting to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Execute the Volume Incentive Program (VIP) to expand program reach and ensure compliance.
- Coach and Develop
- Assist in developing training materials to ensure distributor sales representatives understand merchandising standards.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Red Bull systems, including Workbench and Collaboration, Nielsen, fleet routing software, and more.
- Conduct power route rides with ASM and DSM teams.
- Planning
- Ensure alignment and focus on daily, weekly, and monthly priorities with DP field personnel.
- Develop annual business plans to drive distribution, volume, and ROI.
- Initiate plans to drive KPI execution and hold both internal and distribution partners accountable.
- Consultative
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating RBCA planning into successful DP execution.
- Understand distributor internal systems, structure, hierarchy, and foster relationships from owner to sales representatives.
- Insights Activator
- Perform ongoing market analysis to identify areas of opportunity for DPs.
- Analyze and advise DPs on optimal route-to-market strategy.
- 5+ years of outstanding sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred).
- Distributor and Supplier experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners.
- Clear ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles.
- Driver's License required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and French.
