At Ubisoft, we're looking for a skilled Video Game Industry Associate Partner Manager to join our team. As an Associate Producer Codev, you will play a crucial role in supporting Zone 1 projects and collaborating with internal and external partners.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have around 7 years of experience in production or project management in the video game industry. They should be familiar with various project management methodologies and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

As a Video Game Industry Associate Partner Manager, you will oversee long-term relations with internal and external partners, propose suitable partners to productions based on their needs, and collaborate with multiple departments involved in multi-site collaborations.

  • You will monitor projects, use KPIs and tools to evaluate collaboration health, and gather feedback from collaborators;
  • Evaluate evolving production needs in collaboration with Brands and Recruitment teams;
  • Support production teams in training co-development and outsourcing managers;
  • Continuously adapt processes with service teams and act as a facilitator when difficulties arise;
  • Maintain and develop a strong network of internal partners;
  • SOURCE new external partnership opportunities.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Around 7 years of experience in production or project management in the video game industry;
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • An attentive, collaborative, and innovative spirit;
  • A people-oriented approach, focusing on results and team members alike.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
