About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at POWER HOODS SYSTEMS INC. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the flow of information.
    • Effectively manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials.
  • Scheduling and Organization
    • Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Manage and maintain digital calendars and schedules.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
    • Assist with the maintenance of manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns.
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Manage and maintain the digital database and other administrative systems.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a secure and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
