Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Summerlyn Pet Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Procedure Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our hospital's policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our office support staff to delegate tasks and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 35 hours per week
