Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oh that's clean. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Management

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Scheduling and Coordination

Arrange appointments, confirm schedules, and coordinate travel itineraries.

Contract Management

Manage contracts, maintain inventory, and order office supplies.

Data Entry and Filing

Perform data entry, set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, and provide customer service.

Bookkeeping and Financial Management

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
