About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Oh that's clean. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Management

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

Contract Management

Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management

Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Supply Chain Management

Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment.

Travel Arrangements

Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.

Administrative Support

Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
