The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

This role will be based in Mississauga, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources. The primary goal is to provide internal consulting and support for all Human Resources initiatives and objectives for designated divisions, while being involved in business decisions relevant to talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, administration of compensation and benefits, performance management, learning, and supporting with talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities include managing employment-related legal files from initial stages to resolution, developing and conducting training for managers and employees on various subject matters and soft skills, managing the effective implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, and working on special projects as assigned. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure that both the needs of the business and the needs of the people are met while driving standardized processes into the facility.

Required skills and qualifications include experience working hands-on as an HR generalist or manager, serving an internal client group with a wide variety of HR matters, ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English, and experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. An understanding of P&L is also considered an asset.
