Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Canadian business operations. The successful candidate will provide HR functions related to recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, and compensation and benefits. They will partner with field organizations to create trust and credibility, working closely with operations management and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage campus recruitment, attend job fairs, and build relationships with different programs
- Track, manage, and analyze monthly and annual recruitment data
- Develop social media platforms in collaboration with Marketing
- Conduct trainings in French and interviews
- Assist with English to French translation and other HR tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a relevant technical discipline
- Superior technical abilities to utilize our HRIS, applicant tracking system, and related programs
