Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High level of product knowledge and ability to make recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
