The Role: Fine Dining Server

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House staff, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

  • Guest Experience: You will warmly welcome each guest, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their dining experience. Your attentiveness and proactive approach will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Menu Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of our menu and can confidently guide guests through our culinary offerings. Your passion for the ingredients and dishes will enhance their appreciation for Auberge du Pommier's unique cuisine.
  • Service Excellence: You are committed to providing impeccable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously. Your professionalism and attention to detail will ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Teamwork: You thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with your fellow team members to create a harmonious and efficient service flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a fine dining establishment.
  • Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
