Your responsibilities will encompass providing knowledgeable guidance on our menu offerings, assisting servers with food delivery, and maintaining a pristine dining environment. You'll be the embodiment of hospitality, anticipating guest needs and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide insightful information about our dishes, beverages, and restaurant services to guests.
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery to each table.
  • Maintain a spotless dining area, ensuring all surfaces and materials are clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to optimize seating arrangements.
  • Stay vigilant of your surroundings and promptly clear and clean any spills or debris.
  • Ensure condiments are properly portioned and that essential supplies like milk, cream, and butter are readily available.
  • Pay close attention to food quality and presentation standards.
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Empty trash receptacles, change linen bags, and dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Relay any guest comments or feedback to the serving staff to enhance their dining experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
