Your Role: Fine Dining Service Assistant

As a Fine Dining Service Assistant at Auberge du Pommier, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly service regarding our menu, beverage selections, and restaurant offerings.
  • Assist servers with food delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to high standards of sanitation.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow.
  • Proactively address guest needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, upholding our commitment to excellence.
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols and procedures.
