The Role: Expert Mixologist

As an Expert Mixologist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for crafting exceptional beverages that complement our exquisite culinary offerings. You possess a deep understanding of food and beverage pairings, and your passion for mixology shines through in every creation.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience through personalized interactions and adherence to service standards.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our diverse menu, including wines, beers, and cocktails, to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Prepare beverages with precision and efficiency, adhering to Auberge du Pommier's high standards.
  • Present beverages in an elegant and organized manner, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Communicate beverage descriptions, specials, and information clearly and effectively to guests and team members.
  • Maintain a meticulously stocked and organized bar area, including the dishwasher and cappuccino machine.
  • Manage inventory levels of all beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Be attentive to special requests, including guest allergies, to ensure a personalized experience for every diner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of bartending/mixology experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • WSET certifications are highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails is essential.
  • A genuine passion for food, beverage, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kegs, liquor, and wine boxes.
