We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team at Mystic. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and professionally, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
- Food and Beverage Service: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests receive their food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests have a seamless dining experience.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Certification: Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail.
