At Central Commercial and Residential Services Ltd, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines. Additionally, they will schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and maintain and manage digital databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. In terms of computer skills, they will be proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
