Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at one of our locations in Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and promoting products
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, maintaining accurate records and minimizing stockouts
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and training and manage employee performance
  • Financial Management: Control store expenses, manage budgets and develop strategies to improve profitability
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; experience may be considered an asset
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development through ongoing training and education programs.
