We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to support our Canadian business in achieving its growth objectives. This role involves overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management
  • Helping with store merchandizing, shelf stocking, and unboxing daily shipments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues
  • Training, coaching, and developing employees
  • Performing cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed
  • Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry
  • At least two years in a supervisory or management role
  • Open availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
