$2,050,000 per annum, plus benefits.

Job Description

This executive leadership position involves allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions or divisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Mentor and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
