About Our Company
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our high-rise residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through project close-out.
This strategic role involves managing project timelines, budgets, safety protocols, and team performance. You will work closely with teams on-site and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-rise residential or commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee on-site safety compliance, coordinating with site supervisors and enforcing all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and sub-trades to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including assistant project managers and site supervisors.
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, detailing progress, budget updates, and any key issues.
- Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize project delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or similar designation preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise or multi-story residential/commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team dynamics in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
