Job Opportunity: General Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing department establishment, coordinating regional work, and establishing financial controls.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our operations, make strategic decisions, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Manage human resources planning, including selecting middle managers and directors
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
