Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve sales enablement programs aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rate and time to close, working closely with sales stakeholders.
- Engage with sales representatives to understand their needs and challenges, building strong relationships to provide reliable support.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and resources.
- Communicate the enablement strategy and KPIs clearly to all stakeholders.
- Create and implement onboarding programs to equip sales reps with essential skills.
- Develop sales playbooks that position us against competitors.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of training content to enhance team performance.
- Foster collaboration between sales and marketing for impactful content.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously enhance the enablement strategy.
- Analyze performance data to identify training needs and gaps.
- 5+ years of experience managing sales trainers in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, product marketing, or learning and development.
- SaaS sales experience required, Ad tech, digital advertising highly desired.
- Sales methodology experience (Challenger preferred, Sadler, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
