About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that empower our sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Client Experience Strategy team to define product roles in client experience execution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for product-related interactions with our Sales and Client Management teams.
  • Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
  • 5+ years of leading teams in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

We're pleased to offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $125,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
