With a keen focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and problem-solving skills, as you will be working closely with guests, colleagues, and partners to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality operations and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in fast-paced environments. You will thrive in a dynamic setting where no two days are ever the same, and your ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations will be essential.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and partners alike. We offer an attractive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible vacation time, and wellness days. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of front desk operations
- Manage guest interactions with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues and providing tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with regular access to a reliable smartphone for work purposes
