Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is an asset)
