About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the need for new hires
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes
    • Coordinate interviews and selection processes
    • Make job offers and negotiate employment terms
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
    • Identify and address employee concerns and grievances
  • HR Administration
    • Manage employee records and data
    • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field

    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Proficiency in MS Word and other HR software
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
