Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the need for new hires
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes
- Make job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Talent Management
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Identify and address employee concerns and grievances
- HR Administration
- Manage employee records and data
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Word and other HR software
This is a full-time position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
