The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine the most effective recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to job applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement staffing policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
