About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to the branch's success. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, identify sales opportunities, and promote our mobile banking applications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted.
  • Contribute to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them in better managing their banking needs.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice.
  • Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options.

Language
