Sales and Business Development Associate

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing technical and commercial specifications to ensure we provide the best possible solutions to our clients.
- Generating technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements and company policies.
- Contributing to technical and commercial negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitoring bids and projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer relationships and supporting business development to drive growth and revenue.
- Helping achieve sales and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies to capture them.
- Developing and proposing action plans to increase sales department efficiency and improve overall performance.
- Participating in technical conferences and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Assisting the sales team in preparing and proposing regional strategies and action plans that align with company goals.
- Determining market trends, including pricing and competitor behavior, to inform our business decisions.
- Performing Win-Lose analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales strategies.
- Producing reports as required to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Verifying the accuracy of purchase orders and entering orders into the SAP system to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Providing technical and commercial support to the sales team and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with the following qualifications:
- Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Technical sales experience and a strong understanding of commercial and technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset, but not a requirement.
