As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing technical and commercial specifications to ensure we provide the best possible solutions to our clients.
  • Generating technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements and company policies.
  • Contributing to technical and commercial negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitoring bids and projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer relationships and supporting business development to drive growth and revenue.
  • Helping achieve sales and profitability targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective strategies to capture them.
  • Developing and proposing action plans to increase sales department efficiency and improve overall performance.
  • Participating in technical conferences and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Assisting the sales team in preparing and proposing regional strategies and action plans that align with company goals.
  • Determining market trends, including pricing and competitor behavior, to inform our business decisions.
  • Performing Win-Lose analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize our sales strategies.
  • Producing reports as required to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Verifying the accuracy of purchase orders and entering orders into the SAP system to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Providing technical and commercial support to the sales team and customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with the following qualifications:

  • Educational background in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience and a strong understanding of commercial and technical specifications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in personal computers and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset, but not a requirement.
