- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Office Operations
- Manage and maintain the office environment, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

- Develop and maintain procedures for data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
