We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc.

Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database system.
- Filing: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
- Correspondence: Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage our email inbox.
- Office Administration: Provide general office administration support, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing other related tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- 2-3 Years of Experience: You must have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
