Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc. in a full-time seasonal position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
