Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office operations, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, processing, and verifying applications and receipts.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- Provide general information to clients and the public, and respond to telephone and electronic enquiries.
- Perform data entry, photocopying, and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
