Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at St. Mary's Bay Fisheries Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Organizational Skills: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare and format page presentations, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
